This sums up British Telecom in a nutshell. After 20 days of no internet connection and numerous ‘Missed Engineer’ appointments I wait around all day for another engineer to turn up to fix the problem.
So 4pm arrives and still no engineer so I decided to call customer service (apparently that is what they call it) only for them to tell me they have run out of engineers. Yes you read it correctly BT ran out of engieers despite me confirming the booking the day before.
As you can imagine I get very annoyed by this, as you shall hear during the call. Have to say their technical support and customer service is a pile of old tutt.
