I’ve had a BT fibre optic line installed

BT Skills
Living in the countryside of rural England has it’s drawbacks. I’ve had a fibre optic line installed because the previous broadband never actually worked as advertised.

It is a weird world that we live in when companies like British Telecom BT can sell you something that patently doesn’t work and is not fit for purpose.

What has happened to consumer protection?
