Mauro Mortali is Senior Manager, Enterprise Strategy & Innovation. With 20+ years experience in the IT and Telecoms industry, Mauro currently runs an Innovation Programme within BT. The aim of the programme is to identify innovative digital capabilities which are then rapidly incubated in live environments to see what we can learn and which of these we want to industrialise and launch. The programme has successfully launched 40+ early market trials in the last 3 years, reducing the time taken to on board a new third party capability and get an experiment trial up and running from months to weeks.
