Anand Kumar discusses the vision behind his program Super 30, the tremendous success that it has seen, and what the future holds for the program. He discusses how we can all create social impact in more ways than one.

Kumar is an award winning Indian mathematician best known for his Super 30 program, which he started in Patna, Bihar in 2002. Through this program, he coaches underprivileged students for the entrance examination for the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). In 2010, the program was featured by Time magazine as “the best school in Asia” and was also recognized by Barack Obama’s special envoy to India as the best school in the country. His work has also been showcased and appreciated worldwide through reputed global documentaries, and most recently in the 2019 Hindi film, Super 30, where he is played by Hrithik Roshan.
