This tape was produced in 1988 to help British Telecom introduce their sales staff to a new B2B marketing campaign call the “Management Individual Campaign”
The campaign used “workplan” which was a self assessment tool developed by “leading psychologist and management consultant” Dr John Nicolson.
BT were using this to produce a questionnaire intended to highlight general management problems in a company, with a view to identifying which BT products that company could buy to resolve them.
